At times you may wish to contact the company via telephone or email. In these circumstances we may hold your contact information for as long as is required to complete the enquiry or for a period of six months whichever is longer.
OUR USE OF THE INFORMATION
The company may communicate with you regarding the completion of a specific job, order or other request but will not use your information for marketing purposes once a job has been completed.
HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
We retain customer information for up to two years after the completion of any job unless the information is required to be kept for longer due to statutory or regulatory requirements. Your order data is stored for a number of years as required by law.
PROTECTING IMAGES
The nature of the business is photography. Photographs taken are solely for the purpose of selling back to the customer and images are not sold on to third parties. Where images are used for website, social media, advertising or marketing then prior permission from the customer will be sought first. Images are stored on a password protected back up drive and kept for up to 10 years to allow customers to re order. Photographs can be deleted earlier than this if requested by the customer. Images are not tagged by name or any other personal details unless specifically required to do so and they will then be password protected. Any device containing such images is password protected.
THIRD PARTIES WE OPERATE WITH:
Kaleidoscope Ltd is a printing and framing company who handle printing and framing of orders. Photofactors provide digital print services. Kaleidoscope Ltd and Photofactors hold high resolution digital files for up to one calendar month from the date of printing. These files are then deleted.
