Here at The Studio, Jonathan and Emily aim to provide a quality and efficient service. We fully recognise the need to take great portraits as well as ensure that children are away from their work for the least amount of time. We also try to greatly reduce the amount of work our schools have to be involved with in support of ‘school photo day’. Unlike many larger companies we pride ourselves on making sure we get the best photo possible of every individual child. We take the time to make sure that they are smart- from fixing ties and tucking in shirts to retouching food badges from jumpers and faces. We go the extra mile to ensure parents will be happy with their photographs.

Q. Is there a fee for digital copies of portraits that we can use on our Schools system?
A. No we provide the digital images of portraits as a part of our complimentary service.
Q. Can I have the same photographer as last time?
A. Yes! There are only two of us! Because we are a small company you receive a more personable service, in many school we photograph the pupils know us and look forward to us coming every year.
Q. Is there a charge for staff portraits to be taken?
A. No we are happy to take your staff portraits on the same day as your pupils’ portraits.
Q. Are we expected to count any money?
A. No, our schools are asked not to count money. We also have a variety of ordering systems, including cashless, that are specifically designed to reduce your schools administration.
Q. Do you offer commission?
A. Yes, we offer 20% commission on our profits. Due to the quality of our photos you are more likely to get better sales therefore more commission.
Q. Could you take our prospectus photographs?
A. Yes, we can undertake any photography you need throughout the year.
